Child RecreationalThis program is being offered for girls and boys ages 6 through 12. During the course of the program jumpers will learn individual single rope skills, Double Dutch skills and other group jump rope activities.
The purpose of the program is to offer a unique sports program to youth in the area and by doing so provide a fun and effective way to keep fit.
When attending class, jumpers should be prepared with running shoes, athletic attire, and water to drink. All required ropes are provided.
If you would like to see a class offered in your area outside of St. Catharines please contact me and if there is enough interest I would love to expand.

Fall / Winter Session
27 classes - September 14 to April 26
(No classes Oct 12, Dec 21 & 28, Feb 15, Mar 15 and Apr 5)
This class is aimed towards children who are interested in learning a wide variety of jump rope skills and co-operating with fellow group members to create choreographed jump rope routines.
Details of this class include:
- Small class sizes (6 students max per instructor)
- Year end performance for family and friends
- Certificates awarded for each skill level completed
- Over 60 single rope skills to learn
- Single ropes are provided for children to keep
- Located in large gym facilty
Note: Children can register for a half-session from Sept - Dec or Jan - Apr but there will only be one performance which will be held in April.

Registration Information:
Registration for the January to April session will take place on
Monday, December 14 from 6-7pm in the front foyer of
Power Glen Elementary school.
The school is located at 34 Westland St., St. Catharines.
Methods of payment accepted are cash or cheque.
