Adult FitnessJump rope isn't just for kids! If you're looking for something new to spice up your workout routine then this is the class for you.

Single Rope You'll learn jump rope skills to impress your friends and family, get an excellent cardio workout and have fun all at the same time.
Classes consist of single rope skill building, circuit training with stretch ropes and Double Dutch group skills.
In all aspects of the class participants can work at their own pace so it is open to those of all fitness levels and ages 13 & up. No experience necessary.
All ropes are provided so just need to come prepared with proper athletic attire, running shoes and water to drink.

In between classes you can take your jump rope with you and practice on your own if you like. Maybe include jump rope in your resistance training routine for an added cardio boost.
